New Youk Blog!

Kevin Youkilis has a new blog, http://kevinyoukilis.mlblogs.com/.

First sentence: "Maybe we can finally put all of this 'Kevin Youkilis can’t run' stuff to rest now." Behold the accompanying picture of Youk entering the dugout after last night's inside-the-park home run:

I love putting pictures of Youk being awesome on this blog. I am very hopeful that his blog will become an excellent source of further awesome pictures. The Sox have won five straight, the Yankees are still tied with the D-Rays in the basement, and I'm feelin' fine.

Awesome. He hit another homer last night. Okajima dropped the hammer on Trot and the Sawx roll... BTW, the Yankee$ are holding Clemens out of the fenway series this weekend and letting him face the Chisox on monday. $28 million bucks to get them back in the race and he can't face the division leading team, to help NY gain much needed ground in the standings?? Money well spent, George.

The whole Clemens 2007 thing is becoming increasingly ridiculous.

Now Clemens has to miss like 4-6 days due to a 'tired groin' or something. Yawn. Gotta love that Yankee investment machine... Pavano, Igawa, Raja, Abreu-- And a-Rod is just an embarrasment, the way he conducts his chicken-bleep self on and off the field. (going out to strip clubs with a woman that isn't his wife-- who does he think he is, Bill Clinton??)

(Of course, JD Drew isn't exactly tearing it up for the sox; $72 mil to bat .220 and slap a couple singles here and there?? I'd rather have Trot back in RF)

Back to Clemens-- Going out in last place would be the most fitting way for the texas con-man-fat-hick-traitor to end his career AGAIN-- that is, until he comes back for 2 weeks next september to pitch for the Mets for $78 Million with 8 family vacation days and exclusive use of the company boat.

When he was in Boston, he gave a TV interview after the '88 season where he basically complained because he & other players had to carry their own luggage. Then he mailed it in from '92-mid 1995 during which time he went on the 'Popeye's chicken & Biscuit training regimen' only to sign an illegal back-door deal with the Jays for $32 mil, which he opted out of to 'Paul revere' his way to a WS ring (The Yankees were the 'horse,' doing all the work, while Clemens just sat on it and yelled like Paulie Revere)

I think the sox should pry Dave Stewart out of retirement and pay him to just sit behind home plate everytime raja pitches, just to remind the 'Choke-et' what a real clutch playoff pitcher looks like...
